Welcome to our family hobby farm located in Webster, Alberta in the heart of the Peace Region!
Our Story
We are nestled in the south slope of Saddle Hills in Webster, Alberta. Our family raises free range organic chickens and eggs and also runs a home bakery that makes a plethora of baked goodies year round.
The Runhart’s are in their late 50’s. Sheryle grew up surrounded by agriculture on a commercial farrow to finish bovine farm, including a smaller facility for rabbits and chickens in southwestern Ontario. Her husband, Mike, has worked all his life in housing and infrastructure construction. They moved to Alberta over 20 years ago to give their children a life centered around family, community, and the simple joys that make life meaningful and productive.
Our Family
We’re blessed with 2 children and 3 wonderful grandchildren who bring endless laughter and love to our home. Our family has called Grande Prairie home for the past 20 years, and we’ve become deeply rooted in the tight-knit community of Webster and the broader region of the County of Grande Prairie.
Our Home & Life
We live on a beautiful hobby farm where our days are filled with the gentle sounds of chickens clucking, turkeys gobbling and the soft rustling of rabbits scurrying about. Our farm is also home to our faithful and loyal dogs and cats that are like family members to us. Everything on our little farm serves a purpose.
Our farm is more than just a place to live—it’s where we raise our own animals, collect our own eggs, where we grow our own vegetables, and where we’ve created a sanctuary for our family to thrive.

My Story
Living in the wonderful community of Webster, I’ve always loved the art of baking. What started as a passion project has blossomed into a beloved local business that brings fresh, homemade goodness to families throughout the Peace region. Every morning, I wake up excited to create something special for our community.

We do our best to shop locally to give back to community and we also do our best to source only Canadian product.
Our Hatchery Business
In addition to our bakery, we operate a successful hatchery on our little farm. This allows us to provide fresh, quality products while maintaining our self-sufficient lifestyle. Our hatchery raises various chicken breeds, contributing to the local food supply and supporting our family’s agricultural heritage.
